Do You Accept International Orders? 
Currently, we do not ship internationally.

When Will My Order Ship?
We try our best to ship order as fast as we can. Please allow 7-10 days production time for your order toto be processed. Shipping times vary depending on your location, however, the average shipping time is 5-7 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at: contact.travellock@gmail.com.

What Is Your Refund Policy? 
We do not offer refunds. However, if a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will replace it at no charge, simply return within 30 days. Once we have received the product we will issue a replacement. Please include your order number along with the returned item.

Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order prior to it shipping. You may email us at with your order number: contact.travellock@gmail.com.

I Entered An Incorrect Address, What Do I Do?
If you used an incorrect address, please notify us by replying to your order confirmation email. We can update the address within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
